SCALING THE SOUNDLESS BARRIER AND LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD FOR SPIN TO SPIN

scaling the soundless barrier to level the playing field

It is the taught curriculum (English as taught) that compounds the problem

FOLKS AT MOE NEED JUST INTRODUCE S.P.I.N, OR SKIM PEMBACAAN INISIATIF NASIONAL
FOR S.P.I.N, OR SPECIAL PUPILS IN NEED (including the gifted ones stuck in the system, undiscovered, untapped),

AND AIMED AT LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD; AN INTERVENTIONIST APPROACH TO FILL THE MISSING LINK IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

CALL IT A METHOD CURRICULUM

CALL IT COMMON SENSE

CALL IT A MUST DO!

TEACHING READING FIRST

AND GRADE THE EFFORT

AND MAKE IT "WAJIB", IN THAT A PASS IN ORAL READING QUALIFIER FOR A IN BM AND ENGLISH.
AND MAKE IT WAJIB FOR ALL TEACHERS FIRST..............

"An enforced literacy programme such as CERAP is able to raise literacy and the appreciation of the written word, allowing them to acquire a sustainable second language leading to post-SPM level.More importantly teachers are now forced to polish their basic language skills via their participation in the programme"
